Study Mode and Attendance

Online learning activities are used to support and reinforce face-to-face delivery. They do not replace scheduled face-to-face attendance requirements for international students.

International students are expected to study 20 hours per week in accordance with their approved enrolment arrangement. Students are required to meet their course progress, attendance and visa-related study obligations.

Course Duration

The course is delivered across 4 terms/study periods, with each term delivered over 10 weeks. Scheduled breaks are included in the overall course duration.

  • complete INT College’s Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Skills assessment, where required

Recognition of Prior Learning

INT College recognises prior learning and previous study through Recognition of Prior Learning and Credit Transfer processes.

Students who have existing skills, knowledge, work experience or previously completed equivalent units may apply for assessment through RPL or Credit Transfer.

Credit Transfer may apply where a student has previously completed the same or equivalent units of competency. Recognition of Prior Learning may apply where a student can provide evidence that they already hold the required skills and knowledge for one or more units.

Applications are assessed in accordance with INT College policies and evidence requirements. Students may be required to provide certified academic records, Statements of Attainment, unit evidence, workplace evidence or other supporting documents.

Where Credit Transfer or Recognition of Prior Learning is approved, the student’s course duration, training plan or study load may be adjusted in accordance with INT College’s policies and the approved enrolment arrangement.
